someone i know is a "last-minute waker-upper!"... and then she wants to rush everyone else. I like to wake up a little early and take my time. How do you deal with someone who always LEAVES at the last minute?

I wouldn't let them. I would go about my business as normal, do the things I do, and prepare to leave on my schedule. Whatever problems they have, I will help if I can, but it's their problem and they will have to deal with the consequences of their sleeping in.

I just try and accept the fact that they are last minute type of people and not let it get to me. And if all else fails, I set their clocks ahead 1/2 hour LOL

Get up at a time that gives you plenty of time to get ready and let the other person do their 5 minute job... the only time it would be a problem is if they are making you late...
