Do men really care all the much about women's appearance and physical look? why or why not?

in the house my husband says it doesn't matter, but when we go ouside the house i see him looking at other girls...i feel i can never keep up with the other girls

Yes...I feel everyone is like that..granted people see attractive differently but in some form they find who they are with attractive physically

From my own experience most men are, but the problem that you have with your husband is an insult. But don't get me wrong in scale of 1-10. 8% percent of men who's married or single loves to look at other women, it doesn't matter where they are. I guess you can say that its in the gene of a man.
My own I can't even wear make up without asking if I have a date or if Im going someplace without him, that is why I am now alone with my kids,better life than when we have him at home...

Men are programmed to be visually aroused. Beauty usually equals good health, and it is nature's way of making sure the species continues and the population grows. Women, on the other hand, though they appreciate male good looks, are usually turned on through touch and auditory sounds. It is instinctive and God given for men to be attracted to women who have ample hips and breasts, for instance because the same attibutes make for successful gestation, easier birth and lactation, at least by appearance.( I am not saying that a small breasted woman cannot successfully breast feed). Less physically attractive women may have many lovely and attractive things about them, but it is the first 30 seconds that gets attention from a man. It's not fair but the way it is.

Yes they care. Both men and women like to look at nice things. However, people opinions of what nice looks like can vary. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. That's just the way we are.

Yes they do because men are visual creatures we are not. They need to look at something to appreciate it. They also have to try to fix your problem if you bring it to them.
