Like you do this at a fast food restaurant usually with a large soda. and you just take the lid off and throw it right back at the cashier and then drive away really quick. my friends have been talking about this. and i can't seem to remember the name of it. does anyone know the name or have any funny stories related to this?

Me and my boyfriend had sex for the first time. We had been on and off for 3 years.
it was my first time but not his. everythiing went fine. but it seemed like i had no feelings for him when we had sex. my hair's really thin right now and im just dying to have a look that's full and gorgeous. i get complimented on my hair b/c it looks nice when it's straight and when i put mouuse/gel in it and let it go curly, it looks like i have a lot but i don't like to use too much chemicals in my hair.also, it's just that i'm used to disguising my thin hair. i need a haircut to make my hair look thicker, even if i leave my hair natural, which is straightish and poofy but would also still be thick if i straighten it. any ideas? ideally, i'd love to have bangs again, but it does look weird w/ thin hair right? and maybe have my hair look like this pic. help please =( o yea, and i look like my avatar, but not as pretty...lolo...and my hair is long, at my breasts

As a Canadian, one of the things that has fascinated and dismayed me about American political culture is this seeming worship that Americans have for the office of the President. It seems to me that the president is expected to be the embodiment of the country's hopes and dreams instead of just another guy holding office. To give an example, the movie "Air Force One," in which Harrison Ford, as president on a hijacked presidential jet, stalks and kills all the hijackers would never have a Canadian counterpart--people would laugh at the idea here. In Canada, as a rule, the Prime Minister, like him (or her) or not, is just another guy (or woman) who holds political power, and any attempts to portray him (or her) as more would generally viewed with suspicion.

Am I right in believing that Americans want their president to be someone heroic, and if so, is that desire leading to making the American electorate, to some degree, more plialble when someone abuses that office? Please discuss.

The stains are relatively large, made by a male Rottweiler, and are a few months set-in. We were good about cleaning up the urine right away, but have procrastinated with the stains. I planned a nice birthday party for my almost 2 year old daughter coming up soon. I sent invites out and everyone knew the date early. Turns out, my husband's brother (also my daughter's godfather) has to be out of town on business. I guess I was naive to think that his new wife (my sister in law) would come, even if he couldn't since - oh, I don't know, that couple is named in our will as the people who would raise her if we died? I hadn't heard an RSVP back from her, so when I saw her at a wedding this weekend (a wedding for our husbands' 3rd cousin), I asked if she could come, and was surprised to hear her say no. She is having visitors in town during that time, and - here's the kicker - says her husband told her she "didn't have to go" since he couldn't be there. Um.. excuse me? Am I alone in thinking that going to a birthday party for a niece is a no brainer, and that she should have planned to come? My feelings are hurt at her nonchalance. Is she cold, or am I nuts??
