Pad. Its horrible and I hate it and would love to use tampons but when I use tampons I waddle around like some sort of penguin woman.

I hate em both! The whole ordeal actually. The Pads are so messy, the tampon feels erkie when you take them out. Though more convenient the tampons are more irritating.

Well when I did have the need long time ago I prefer tampon. Aint shy either.. I have used both in my life time and I betcha you cant remember when there was just a pad and when we only had to keep it in place was a belt around your waist. On either end you had to put the kotex firmly attached to each end and pull it up like undies till it was secure to where it was suppose to be, then pull up your panties and go on.. Man were those the days before stick on things.. What a nightmare.!

depends on the situation. tampons are annoying to put in but are well worth the effort. but if i'm staying around home, i just use a pad. if i'm going somewhere, usually a tampon.

l prefer the pads. l've never used a tampon. My period is always heavy and tampons won't be enough. Tampons are not popular here in my country.
