legally to make the dr/doctors involved take resposibility for the damage that they caused? I had eye surgery at Kaiser and I look like a freak my eye is 97% red all of the time and it looks like a ball of jelly. The surger was to straighten a crooked eye that I was born with it's technically called strabismis, my eye is still crooked but now instead of it going toward the left it's crooked towards the right. Then day after the surgery my eye was infected. I went back the surgeon said that it was normal and just healing well I wasn’t in a normal amount of pain so I got a second opinion & that doctor said something 2 the fact that it’s 2 soon 2 tell because she couldn’t see past the scaring tissue. I sought the advise of an attorney in SF he asked me 2 send pictures and a copy of my medical records,I did. He sent me a letter saying that he wouldn’t take my case (no time) he advised me about the SOL & told me 2 keep looking for an attorny. The SOL passed, is there anything that I can do?

i started going out with this guy who i really, really like. but on his myspace this girl was calling lover and sends xoxo at the bottom of every message. the last message was from around the same time i met him. idk if he's flirting back or what.....because i just saw his comments. sigh

my son is 13 months old and has being going number 2 or should i say pooping alot lately it seems everytime I change his diaper he has pooped..
I would say he poops about 4 to 5 times a day. he has been doing this for 3 days now. when he does it is more runny and a little seedy. and its light brown in color.
Is something wrong with him should i be concerned?
He plays fine and does everything else like there is nothing wrong

I am about to buy a house in which the previous owner laid ceramic tyle in a laundry room. I'd like to keep the tile, but when he laid it, he didn't stop at the rear door. He kept laying all the way through the doorway and to the outside step. He didn't install a threshold with weatherstripping. He instead hung the wrong kind of door, and it has a gap that both hot air and water can get in through. I plan on installing pre-hung insulated steel doors and need to remove the tile in the doorway so I can get the pre-hung door and frame to fit. Any suggestions?

My realtor told me only 1-2% of transactions/offers don't result in a closing. I'm curious to see if he's correct. Should I start packing my bags?

My brother passed away 5 mos ago the house was willed to us by our mother who passed on in 1987. My brother has been living there an got married 5 yrs ago and has 2 children and didnt have a will. Why are some christians so hell bent on preaching their beliefs to me when they do not follow them fully themselves?
I had Jehovahs witnesses bother me again today at my door - Why are they trying to make me feel guilty - and say i am going to hell unless ido exactly what they say? how can they guarantee me heaven when they will be in exactly the same situation as me once they have left this world?
