As everyone else pointed out, it can't be scientifically proved if God exists or not, still:
Language of God - Francis Collins
and
Coming to Peace With Science - Darrel R. Falk
Go into the subject in a very clear manner, i suggest you read them
Paz de Cristo

Very well. I do not know about "scientifically," but let us just say you believe you should have evidence that God exists? Correct? Well then, many Christians, me included, believe there is logical evidence (not scientific, because that assumes that one must do a repeatable scientific experiment) for Christianity. I'm talking with Christianity here because I am one... I believe there is archelogical (spelled wrong) evidence for the Bible's authenticity, evidence for the creation of the world, and for Christ. I can't really explain in one lousy paragraph; I just aim to say this: Christianity has scientific, logical, historical, and archealogical evidence which many Christian apologetians have researched, and it is widely availble. If anyone cares to check it out, I reccomend:
tektonics.org (the author is a bit rude for my tastes, but is very intelligent, and he uses evidence and critical thinking to support his belief of the authenticity of the Bible and history.)
answersingenesis.com (Very good for orgions)
I Don't Have Enough Faith to Be An Atheist (very good, logical book)
For anyone who takes the time to research and delve into evidence of the truth... here are some excellent resources. I hope this helps.

Most of the other books recommended so far are rather shallow pop-philosophy.
Read Atheism: The Case Against God by George Smith, or The Miracle of Theism by J.L. Mackie

It is not possible to scientifically prove the existence of the supernatural as no test can be devised to measure it. Anyone claiming that they can "scientifically" prove or disprove the existence of god is either lying, or mistaken. Science requires that an experiment be conducted, measurements be made, etc., so it is NOT possible to prove OR disprove the existence of god using science... you either believe or you don't.

No such thing. There are plenty of books that make a case (some more compelling than others) for one side or the other. But no "proof" exists either way.

There is no such thing, and never will be. Science, by definition, is the study of the natural universe in natural terms. The supernatural lies completely outside the purview of science. Therefore science can never make any valid statements about the supernatural, one way or the other.

There is no scientific hypothesis that god does exist, there is nothing to disprove.
As to general arguments 'The God Delusion' by Dawkins should suffice.

Look around you! That's all the "scientific" proof you need. There is NO WAY this all happened by chance.
