CAD (coronary heart disease) is an abnormal condition caused by a blockage in a coronary artery wich supplies the heart blood and nurishes it if a coronary artery blocks more than something about 60 % it may cause an ischemi in a part of the heart`s muscle and thus an ischemic herat disease is observed

Do you mean ashd? Arteriosclerotic heart disease. ASHD is basically hardening of the arteries. The blood vessels going to and from the heart become thicker than they should be and can cause heart disease and strokes. Ischemic means decreased oxygen to our bodies tissues such as the heart or different parts of the body's tissues. ASHD leads to this problem. This is what causes the heart disease, decreased oxygen to the tissue. Hope this helps.
