Yea they definately screwed him over! He was leading when the caution came out. I didnt know a driver could wreck somebody to take the lead under caution! If thats the case watch out today when they are under a caution around the last turn somebody may use that to their advantage since its legal now?!?!?!. Give him the win and let him race today! Im a JG fan and if that happened today in the race would they move him back prolly not. same for any big name in racing. NASCAR definately shows favortism whether we like it or not.

He needs more money, nothing more.. He is an excellent driver, and should applauded as one of the great owner/ drivers of all times.. Do you realize that DW would be called one of the greatest drivers, if he just hadn't become an owner driver.. He was a great driver, but the minute he started paying the bills his chance at winning an eighty fifth race was gone.. Robby has it balanced just right, and now with Toyota supplying ready to go engines, and chassis he can really be competitive, without having to build a fifty million dollar shop, and hiring two hundred people.. Robby goes as fast as his wallet will allow, without living on peanut butter sandwiches, and that's pretty fast.. For a racer as good as he is, takes a great deal of self control to not go all out, just because it costs too much.. NASCAR is the only racing I have ever seen that pays so well, you could finish last every week, and afford to eat steak three times a day, and drive your Ferrari to the store to get it..

The first debate is whether or not RB had taken the lead in the first place. It happened at the exact time as the big wreck, which is the second debate. Did Harvick purposely cause the wreck? The third debate, which only exists because of the first two, is the pass under caution in which Ambrose clearly spun RB with intention. The big question here is why did NASCAR tell RB to go back to position 12? He was clearly either first or second. So did RB have a legitimate complaint ? He would have have done what he was told if that had been give up first and return to second, but 12? That was a ridiculous call! After all of this, RB's attitude doomed him, and cost him all of his points and standings. And a start in todays Nextel Cup Race. But to him it was probably worth all of that to keep Ambrose from getting the undeserved win.

No!!!!!! Nascar messed up by wanting to place him 12th instead of 2nd where he belonged. He was in second and took first in which the camera doesnt show after the caution came out. Although you might not admit, Robby did ignore the officials whether he was wright or wrong. He topped it off by not pitting on a black flag. Both at fault. We've seen it in other sports where officials make bad calls but you have to bite the bullet and appeal later, not make your own decision. Both should pay penalties. The question should be, what is nascar going to do to be humble. NASCAR should pay $100,000 to Robby's choice of charity. Everyone makes out.

No he should not be given the win but he should have been put in 2nd place for the restart to race for the win. He got spun out when the caution flag was clearly already out. So NASCAR was clearly wrong there. If they penalized one driver for bumping they should be fair and do it right on down the line.

However, Robby acted like a kid who just had his candy taken away. What a terrible display of unsportsmanship like conduct. I have been watching racing since the 80s and have never seen anything so sad. Robby is only the 2nd driver to ever be "parked" for a cup race. Harvick set the precedence in 2002. I wonder if he noticed what an a**hole Gordon looked like yesterday? Probobly not!

Hell Yes!!!! You can plainly see the yellow flag was out when Ambrose spun Robby. He should have been returned to his spot and if anything Ambrose should have been blackflagged for aggressive driving under a yellow. Nascar f*&*ed up, but they will not admit it. I'm not a Robby Gordon fan, but let the facts speak for itself. Robby won the race!

No at this point. But they should admit that they fixed the race to their own likeing. And instead of sitting Robby out of the Pocono Cup race, they should sit him out of the Busch race at the Glen.

yes becuase harvick and abrose should've been penelized because harvick clearly purposly caused the big wreck with to go and then you see robby and ambrose coming out of a turn with the yellow flag waving and then 2 seconds later ambrose spins out gordon and if that would've been jimmie johnson or dale jr nascar would've scored them in the lead...and how does the busch series affect the cup series so robby should be able to race today

No because not only did Gordon break the "cautious under the caution" rule, but he also disobeyed the NASCAR officials and acted like a child the entire time.

I bet the Canadians loved it though.
