There are just as many acts of jihadist terrorism against people and countries that have nothing to do with the US and the West as there are against the US and the West. They're beheading Buddhists all over Southeast Asia, for example.

Jihad isn't a war against the West - it's a war against non-Muslim civilization.

America isn't perfect, American policies aren't perfect, American leaders aren't perfect - - - but they didn't create Jihad and they're not the sole target of Jihad.

I am very interested in buying a Catholic Bible but I am unsure which one to buy?

I want your personal opinion on which translation is the best & why. Maybe this will help me to choose a translation, there are so many to choose from that it makes my head hurt ROFL.

I also heard that there will be a new edition of the New American Bible that has a revised old testament, some one recommend that I wait on buying a Catholic Bible till the new edition is published. what do you think?

So, I know there are "Coffee Shops" in the Netherlands... but where do the store owners get their cannabis from? I mean, who's growing it, because it's illegal to cultivate there but legal to buy & sell in small amounts. Basically I'm asking... where are these cannabis-growing industries? I am pregnant. My grandmother says she is ferious. And because my boyfriend is older then me she wants to charge him with rape. I dont live with her or anything. Any ideas welcomed... i have a uniden 2.4ghz double cordless phone set and its difficult to use it. when using the phone, either handset, after a short time a loud buzzing sound develops and/or it acts like its dialing out and disconnects you. It also goes very staticy when using the microwave. The phone line doesn't seem to do this with a corded phone. I have no idea how to resolve this problem. Any suggestions?? I don't have any filters for dsl,etc. I use the phone line just for local calling only. The only other electronics I have are tv, dvd and basic stereo set. Any suggestions are welcome and/or recommendations of better phone purchase options as well. Thanks

So here's the deal. I have a very sweet & loving husband but for some reason he will not take care of things out in the yard. I just want our house to look as nice on the outside as it does on the inside. I wish he wouldn't let the grass get so long before cutting it. Right now, everything is overgrown & needs to be weedwacked desperately... I would do it myself but I'm about 4 weeks from giving birth & would probably pass out from the heat. I don't want to nag him but I'm honestly getting really annoyed. I mean how difficult is it to take out the broom and sweep a little bit? I did it this morning. It's about 100 degrees outside & this is the last thing I need to be doing. BTW, I keep our house immaculate, no matter how hard it is for me to do right now. My 4 year-old helps me more than my husband does! Advice?

i work @ a big sporting goods kinda place. they do like promotional products on sports balls and shirts and stuff. im in the corporate dept. theres like 12 ppl. in my building and im the only graphic designer 4 them. my boss is a 40 something guy. then theres this ***** woman whos 50 something and totally gross and gets drunk all the time and shes sooo obnoxious, no kids. just gross questionable human being? she gossips alllllll the time with a couple of younger women that work there. im the newest person there.

so anyway shes been ON MY CASE the last month so badly i screw up everything i do for her b/c shes got me so rattled. i do AWESOME work for EVERYONE else. no problems with ANYONE but this dumb *****.

so i just got back from being away for the entire weekend with my mom and daughter. we had a great time.
