i would like to know what are the effects of drinking wine... when i did a search in google i happen to find , drinking wine is good for the heart ... but what are the other effects ... i would like to know both positive and negative effects..

does any1 notice how tv shows portray teens mothers? on eastenders, Tonia gave her baby away (years ago), demi ran away and stayed in a drug den with her boyfriend and baby, on hollyoaks, amy also gave her baby away to her mum as did Debbie from emmerdale! no wonder people class young mums as awful parents! i had my boy at 17 and i am a great mum, tho i have yet to see a well rounded good teen mum on tv

When I asked one of the other girls she avoided the question. SO i know it's true. How do I handle myself around her and the girls talking about wedding plans? I guess you should really get your list together before you start asking people and then changing your mind. I hope to God she doesn't ask me to be a greeter. I will definatley decline. Insulted, yes I am.

Seriously folks post stupid questions all the time like "Atheists does your non-belief stem from wanting to do bad things?" or "Where do your morals come from?"
I have also seen one that specifically asked "Atheists is rape ok?"
So when I actually post something in reference to that why is everyone so shocked. Doesn't it fit the stereotypes already placed on non-beleivers?

I've heard a lot about Bio-Deisel and I was wondering if I could just pour filtered Cooking Oil into my 1989 Dodge Ram or if I had to treat the oil or I don't know?! Lol I know that I can get Used cooking oil from Mc Donalds and stuff for $1.00/gal and that would save a shite load of money! Is there anything that I have to do before I just pour the stuff in or... will it Ruin everything and kill muh truck?!

i dont knnow his name and he doesnt know him i met him at this dance thing and the 1st time i kept asking him to dance but got scared and after that night TOTALLY regreted not dancing with him and the 2nd time i asked him to dance and he kept saying no so i randomly asked if he was gay he said F*C* NO!! so later on that night i went up to him and told him the only reason i asked if you were gay is because you wont dance with me and he said well i would of danced with you last time but you kept walking away so i was like will you dance with me now?? he said "I CANT I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND" and after that night i was sooooo sad and regret everything that happened and i know he likes me...i think im going to see him again tonight what do i do??

Have you had children instead of adopting? Why is it okay to have one child when there are so many needing homes, or two or three or six?

Why is THIS family discriminated against just because they have chosen a large family? If you are so sensitive about the needs of children waiting to adopt, why not step up and do something about it rather than criticize someone else for not doing so?

I am VERY pro adoption-in fact, we will be adopting one or two children ourselves in the near future (I am currently pregnant with our third child, and we are not opposed to having more biological children either, BTW). But whether to give birth or adopt is a personal choice that each family needs to make for themselves-and NONE of us have a right to judge their decision, whatever that may be.

So...I am just wondering why YOUR circumstances are acceptable, but you think they (the Duggar family) are wrong? Quit criticing others for not doing so, and adopt yourself!

I wanted to know how other people here handle gift giving situations in their families. I know of some people who give gifts to all of the siblings when it is the birthday for one of them or any other celebration; confirmation, award ceremony what have you.

Why do people feel they have to give gifts to all of the children when the celebration is for one of them? How do you feel about this? What do you do with your family about gift-giving?

In the span of a few years, the hair on top of a person's head can grow to an unwieldly length. No where else on the body has this type of growth, except facial hair, which grows at a much slower pace.

No other animal appears to exhibit this sort of hair growth.

I have become close friends with a Jehovah's Witness. I, personally am not religious and feel whatever someone wants to believe is their choice. I was reading some of the rules of Jehovah's Witnesses and one states that you can not be friends with anyone who is not a JW. Can someone explain the reasoning behind this. (my friend is on vacation otherwise I'd ask him)
