ok i bought guild wars factions on online auction. its not new. the activation key has been used by previous owner on other account. now i want to make a new account with the same activation key. is that possible? will they let me or will it say key duplicated or something like that?

I have my 4 small children asleep in our small 1300sq ft apt. It's 12:30 am. and the new neighbors who moved in downstairs are blaring their music and it's thumping our entire floor.
I don't know what to do.
We recently moved from our 4000+ sq ft home to save $ to build a house and this is an adjustment for us all, but this is crazy! I try to keep the kids quiet all day while we're home and we try to be out as much as possible so as not to disturb anyone. I may not get after the kids for stomping or hollering anymore, you know? What do you think I should do, bake some cookies and take them some and ask if they could keep it down in the middle of the night, or should we start stomping at 6 am when we start our day? I want to do the right thing here, so obviously misbehaviour should not be our intent... but still...

i fi write poetry and i think it's really bad and i don't get better after a while--should i quit???? should i move on to something else???? is poetry not my thing if i don't get better?????
some people say that if i don't get better i might as well quit an find something else to do. i like poetry for a few reasons. one is because it makes you stand out some. unlike most people i don't wanna fit in and be unnoticed--i wanna stand out and be unique. what do you think??????

I turned 16 in June and I didnt get a present because I was grounded by my stupid dad. Now school is almost starting and this morning my parents pulled up in a used 2005 volkswagen beetle. I almost cried because it pissed me off for them to wake me up early in the morning to give me a stupid, ugly, used car. I want to return it to the dealer. They only drove it about 10 mins from dealer to my house. Can I return the car? will they take it back? what should I do if my parents refuse to return it? If im forced to drive this ugly car for the rest of the school year, I will die!!!!!!

well i was mad for my ex telling me to get over it since i was crying on the phone with him because he wouldnt believe me when i said i didnt go to the movies cuz he said he saw me but it really wasnt me&i was sad cuz i thought he trusted me.....so he calls me two days later,andtells me i tht i really had to hve my friend tell him happy b day since i was still mad @ him but i was trying to be mature and hve her say hppy b day 4 me,and hes lke,"oh thts nce you hd ur friend say happy b day instead?"and i was still mad @ him & tld him how ifelt,but he just said im being a b****,so i try calling him nxt day to ask him sumthin & he just says no & says hes gotta go.so today i went to the park with two friends & a cute gut tht i kno who lkes me.....& i ended up givin him a peck on the lips.....i wnted to but i felt bad cuz if my ex found out he might nver tlk to me ,but he IS mean to me all the time to me & im tired of waiting 4 him even though i still really care about him!was that wrong??

Lets say... I do a haircut that cost $20. The customer uses a credit card to pay. They add $5 as a tip.
It is rung thru, the $25 is now technically in the cash drawer.
I take out $5 from the drawer as my tip.
When I get paid, the paystub shows $5 deducted from my pay.

How is this legal?

Regis Corp Salons (SuperCuts, MasterCuts, HairMasters,etc and other chain salons ALL do it).

Then on top of that, I must claim my tips and am taxed on them at the end of the year.

I don't get how this is legal!

PLEASE!!! Someone tell me how this could be right, and if not, who do I go to, to file a greivance or lawsuit?

A Home Health Agency,want's me to install the oasis templates for the 485's. i use the template where I currently work but I did not install or format it. where do I obtain the software to do this. I just bought a 1999 Chevy Blazer (V6-Automatic) with 55,000 miles on it. The car overall is excellent except for the acceleration. Once you gain speed over 15 to 20 mph, the acceleration comes to a crawl almost. It's like it's a 4-cylinder engine all of the sudden. Passing on the highway is a struggle, and mountain hills are out of the question. The Blazer is equipped with Chevy's "Vortec 4.3 Liter V6", their bigger engine for this model, but it sure don't feel like it. Could this be because of a defective throttle sensor, or is it an engine problem.
