There are many wicked people on earth..Satan is not worried about them..he has them already. So, do you think he is focusing more on people who really want to serve God by confusing them and having them join religions that do not support the diety of God and Christ..or the trinity..therefore they never really come to know Jesus as he is meant to be..They never get the born again feeling..Know what I mean..or am I way out there in left field with this?

6- Arrange a meeting with the Pope and hope for the best
7- Arrange a meeting with the Allmighty and put it to rest
8- Invite him to watch an NHL Hockey game front and center and hope he gets hit by hockey puck during pre-game warmup

I'm 37, divorced, I have three boys 18, 14 and 2, I've had my professional career for 10 years now, I'm constantly told I'm stunning but............. My problem is that I can seem to find a good man out there, I've been hurt before so I have to admit my standars are higher now but not something borderline either. So, I do have lots of friends, I do attend different activities, I go out dancing sometimes, but it's like there's nothing good out there, they either look at me with big eyes when I say "I have 3 kids", or they're married men looking for some fun, or they're unemployed looking for a sugar mama, or they're Gigolos that have a girfriend in every city! So, I'm really getting frustrated here!!! I mean is it that bad out there or is it me??!

I had heard a mom call into a radio show this morning, and was talking about her kids and their chores. She said the way she gets them to clean their rooms, and do their laundry, is to tell them that if they don't, they are going to get their school clothes from Target and Wal-Mart......WHAT?! Some punishment! I was never concerned with the name on the label of my clothes when I was in school! Just as long as I liked it, and it covered my butt! There are ALOT of families that shop at Target and Wal-Mart, and can't afford the high prices of Abercrombie, or Hollister, or like me, who REFUSES to buy my son name brand clothes when he's so rough on clothes. What is so wrong with cheaper clothes??

I use the quote for one of my mail signatures and I thought it meant, simply, that it's easier for you to forgive yourself than it is for the world to get over what you've done. In other words, once you've lied, it will always be difficult for anyone to ever believe you again, to paraphrase another of Nietzsche's quotes. But the reactions I've been getting to my mail sig have been pretty negative! One friend said to me "Are you saying that bad deeds don't matter, as long as you don't get caught?" and another simply said "I don't like it!".

So what's your take on the quote? BTW, I don't know much about Nietzsche which I'm assuming would help me to understand this better.

I use my 5 senses to tell me if something is real or not. I also use my reason to tell me if something is real or not. Ex.1.- Sugar is sweet. I can detect this with my five senses and I'm sure most people would agree with my conclusions. So, I can presume that sugar is indeed sweet. I accept this as true, valid, and real. Ex. 2- Fire is hot. I don't have to use my 5 senses to see if this is true. I can use my reason. I have burned myself in the past and I have learned that fire is indeed hot. I don't need to use my 5 senses to know this is true, valid, and real.
God-talk is questionable, though. I can't detect God with my five senses. I can reason that "He must exist" just as strongly as I can reason that "There's no way He exists." So, how do you answer the question of "Is God real?" You can't answer the question. There is an answer, it's just that you'll never know it. How does this make you feel?
