Have you looked for things around Pluckley? It's meant to be the most haunted place in Kent. I think on Halloween they do a haunted festival.

I know the Mermaid Inn in Rye, East Sussex (ok not Kent but close!) is haunted and was featured on "Most Haunted".
Check this out.....

Alternatively, if you ever want to do the same thing and travel further, York is the most haunted City in the Country by all accounts.

Considering that those who don't believe in ghosts have ever seen one and those who believe seem to see them frequently, all you have to do to see a ghost is believe in them. So any place you see will be haunted. All you have to do is allow yourself to be convinced by some spooky back story and the stage is set.
If you want you can even document the ghosts by taking *lots* of pictures. That way you increase the chance of there being an anomaly in the development process that will suggest a ghostly presence.

I would e-mail the Ghost Club http://www.ghostclub.org.uk/
and ask them. They are the oldest club investigating such matters in the world and just happen to be in England.
