Well I don't remember Jesus eating waffles, eggs or cereal. But he did eat bread when he fed the five thousand with the boys lunch and he also ate bread at the last supper. So If God is in it I would say eat toast.

I like the eggs and toast. I don't like the extra syrup idea once the sugar high goes down u have to eat more surgar to keep the false energy up so thats why I pick eggs and toast.
