This girl was born and raised in USA in the Indian culture. Her father and my father are high school mates. I used to play with her when she comes to India for vacations. As now we both are in USA I started calling her. She was excited. We talked for hours. She told me everything abt her past ( abt her boyfriends, why she broke up, what she like and what she doesnt like etc) We talked for hours. She used to call me as soon as I come home. What she like and dislike seems to match what I like and dislike. She even told me what kind of kids she wants to have ( I mean what gender they should be ). I really really love this girl and I wanted to marry her. I proposed to her over the phone( probably the worst thing ever I did in my life). Then she said she wanted to date me. She invited me to a BBQ before I proposed. After I proposed she stopped calling me everyday but talk me nice when I calls her. What does it mean? Since she doesnt call me does it mean that its an unofficial "no"

The big question is: How did life originate? Simple answer = humans are really really smart and powerful, so a really really REALLY intelligent and powerful being, that was at the very least similar to humans, did it. As far as theists are concerned there are no scientific explanations. There is; but the liklihood of its occuring is so improbable that they hesitiate to mention much. RNA (or Ribonucleicacid) is basically a complex combination of various acids, which are capable of reproducing through using materials n their enviroment to do so, and their method of reproducing is also prone to error. Both these facts mean that RNA is eligible for Darwins evolution through natural selection. The existence of RNA would lead to DNA and eventually life itself. The problem is that the chances of RNA being produced by chance alone in the first place is on par with someone tipping out a wheelbarrow full of bricks only to have them stack neatly on top of eachother, hence makng the construction..

I was wondering if someone could tell me how exactly my score could be raised the fastest. I have 2 credit cards, one with $300, the other with $2,500. Each with 12%APR.

I want my credit score to improve (i think its only 700) so whats the best way to go about it? Is it better to pay off a credit card in full or make payments? (My minimum payments are about $25 month, i always put at LEAST $60/month on each & was only late ONE time the entire 2 years i've had the cards)

THANKS

Unable to contact " Robert Half International "of careerbuilder.com so I can obtain a prior written authorization
to include his article on "Four co-workers you should befriend"
in this month's photo album I will donate to a Senior Center.
careerbuilder.com 24/7 'contact staff' couldn't help me. What
do I do? I really would like to include the article in this month's
photo album but at the end of the article it says"Copyright careerbulder.com 2007. All rights reserved. The information
contained in this article may not be published, broadcast or
otherwise distributed without the prior written authority."
I also entered CNN.com/living but to no avail. What happens
if I go ahead and include the article in the photo album I donate
to a Senior Center, considering I have really tried to obtain
what the company asks?

I recall there being a big ballyhoo about Harry Potter, and how some Christians wanted it out of school libraries. I have just read the first book (well, almost done anyway), and for the life of me, I can't figure out why an Christian would have any issue with this fictional fantasy book about a child with a tough upbringing who learns that he has special powers and becomes a wizard by attending a fanciful school for wizardry.

It's not real. There are lots of other books of magic and fantasy out there that do not garner protests. One can go to the local public library and pull Mein Kampf off the shelf, and follow that with books on Wicca and pagan religions. So why the problem with an innocent novel?

I applied for a student worker position a few months ago. The lady said they'd be hiring for the fall around to the first of august and to e-mail around then. She e-mailed me on July 31st asking if I was still interested in the position and i replied "Yeah, i'm still interested in the job." and she responded by telling me what to do next but she also added this, "A little hint-don't say "yeah" when responding to a prospective employer."

i found it a little rude. is it wrong to say yeah? it's not like its a serious full time job, and it's not like i haven't had other jobs before. and it was by e-mail, i'm not writing a formal english paper. i also checked e-mails she's sent me in the past and she said yeah to me. is she just being bitchy?

Currently the fire departments are run by the government and funded by tax dollars. This is what many conservatives denounce as "socialized" (the same system as our police and military, incidentally).

So, given that you dislike this system, do you all favor elimating our public fire protection?

I have been with my wife for almost four years now. A month ago things got real weird. She has become addicted to the internet and has multiple emails and web sites which I have no problem with but lately she closes everything when I walk into the room. When she logs off at night she erases all history where I cant even find pages I was on. I have access to all of her emails I know of but her myspace. We tell each other all of our passwords but she has given me false pwords multiple times. She started to claim she wanted to be with me and another woman at the same time which I sure have NO problem with. So now she is on adultfriendfinder and other websites searching personals. All this came without warning. I am concernd she is hiding secrets by the way she acts sneaky about things. I have caught her in lies before. Is this just leading up to the biggest lie of all? I love her but I am not willing to be hurt. Do I need to leave before she drops a bombshell on me or ride things out?
