my employer says for the first 90 days they can pay me $7.00 per hour. even though i started at $6.50 and nothing was stated about being paid less latter.

If you cannot spell "allowed", and you're an adult typing on a computer for crying out loud -- then, you don't even deserve the $7. You obviously want to complain, instead of finding a better job -- and here you are on Yahoo! Answers instead of Yahoo's Hotjobs? (come on, now)

Your employer is allowed to pay you anything they want as long as it is at least the minimum hourly wage unless you have a written contract that says otherwise.

Nobody is gonna have an answer for you because you don't have enough information on your situation so the best place to look would be the Labor Commision in your area and go from there.The number is in your local phone book.

As long as it is over minimum wages for full time, they can pay you anything they want.
