Unable to contact " Robert Half International "of careerbuilder.com so I can obtain a prior written authorization
to include his article on "Four co-workers you should befriend"
in this month's photo album I will donate to a Senior Center.
careerbuilder.com 24/7 'contact staff' couldn't help me. What
do I do? I really would like to include the article in this month's
photo album but at the end of the article it says"Copyright careerbulder.com 2007. All rights reserved. The information
contained in this article may not be published, broadcast or
otherwise distributed without the prior written authority."
I also entered CNN.com/living but to no avail. What happens
if I go ahead and include the article in the photo album I donate
to a Senior Center, considering I have really tried to obtain
what the company asks?

"What happens . . . ?" Nobody here can predict the future. They may never hear of it. As it is a single use in a donated book of limited distribution, they may not care. Or they may. Robert Half is a major international staffing company. It's hard to believe you can't locate them thru a Yahoo search.

A non-response is not a positive response. There are a lot of copyright holders that do not respond to requests since they will not grant permission. They could sue you for the copyright violation.
