Is Voldemort good or bad? I've seen the movies and all but i still cant tell...its not that obvious! Why does everyone suspect hes such a bad person?? he seems like SUCH a good person =]. he doesnt seem evil at all!!!

I have a friend that was going to get convicted of a felony and have to spend 10 plus years in prison so instead of going back to court to hear their sentence they fleed. If they stay on the run for seven years does that mean that their record will go away? Please only give professional answers and site your source if possible.

This question isn't about whether you personally think he's guilty or innocent, or even how you feel about dogs. In our justice system, a jury is supposed to consider a defendant innocent until the prosecution presents evidence that proves his guilt. But I haven't heard ANYONE look at this case that way... everyone already seems to be pretty confident he's guilty. Can they actually find 12 jurors that haven't already made up their minds and will listen to evidence objectively?

We are seriouly thinking about buying a swimming pool. My daughter has been diagnosed with Scoliosis and the doctor said that swimming would be great exercise for her. We moved from Lousiana to Kansas a few years ago and I don't know if it is a lot of trouble to take care of a pool here with the prolonged cold in the winter. Is there a lot to do to winterize a pool and is there any pro's or con's to going with "in the ground" or "above the ground"?
