Dear Kevin,

Diet pills are junk! I spoke earlier to a girl who was wanting to use them. They first drink your water supply out of your system and then deplete your muscles. This is no way to diet. In fact, it's can be very dangerous.

What I would suggest that you do is find something that you like to do outdoors. For example: Bike riding, taking walks in the morning and evening before breakfast and dinner, playing a sport like throwing a Frisbee or even swimming. These all are pleasurable and you can pick what best suits you. Getting outside cuts down on the mundaneness of exercising inside.

But, please stay away from those pills. They will only hurt you.

For me I don't have time most of the time to actually work out...Anyways I did find one pill that works and it works good but it is expensive and they don't sell it in Calif anymore..Oh and by the way don't try that Hoodie crap it doesn't work I gained weight on it and they will tell you it wasn't the certified one or the name brand one I've tried them they suck...The only one that worked was Leptoprin it costs $156 for a bottle and they say a bottle lasts for a month but it lasts me longer cause I only take two per day instead of the six they tell you to. I lost 20 pounds in one month then another 10 and then I got pregnant had my daughter lost all that and I have kept the weight off. For 3 years now without taking them...They say that they change your metabolism, but whatever they worked! Oh and if you don't like them you can send the empty bottle back and get all of your money back..Can't go wrong there.:-)

Weight loss is 75% diet and 25% exercise -one without the other is not gona work alone.
If you diet without exercising you will lose a lot of muscle and not as much fat as if you were working out which means you will slow down your metabolism.
To get permanent results you have to make permanent changes in your lifestyle (diet and exercise) otherwise changes will be only temporary (you are not gona take diet pills every day for the rest of your life, are you?)

NO! Diet pills are never the answer and most don't work like you think. Low fat eating habits and exercise are the only way. Take short walks in mornings and evenings. Stay away from diet pills!

There is only one diet pill that has been FDA approved, that's Alli, the rest consist of stimulants and laxitives which eventually wear off and make you want to eat everything in sight. With each and every diet pill (Alli included) they say to use them along with diet and exercise. If you don't want to actually work out then try doing something like going for walks often, if you just want to be lazy and sit around they sell these things that have bike pedals but you can use them while sitting in a chair doing other things http://www.amazon.com/Isokinetics-Pedalers-Pedal-Exerciser-Assembled/dp/B000KDWA82/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/002-8023426-6166460?ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1185388047&sr=8-1

A diet pill would be the answer if there was one out there that actually worked.

A diet pill may help you lose weight but without exersise you may not be happy with your body afterwards. And you are very apt to regain all you've lost in a short time .
