I live on a cul-de-sac and i also live on the corner of that cul-de-sac so its very difficult for me to park especially when it comes to parallel. the neighbor to my right has two cars in front of it and the neighbor to my left usually has a car there so i virtually have no place to park because the space is limited. I have no choice but to park two houses down to my right so i can park. I had been parking in front of the house two doors away from me and they recently had taped a note on the window of my car telling me that i cannot park there.

I have been observing their parking area and no car has been parked there in over a week! Is there any law giving them the right to tell me where to park? If so, please send me some websites telling me this law full and full. I really need to some evidence to show to them that i can park wherever i please.

Bank wants to initiate foreclosure proceedings on expired construction loan in my ex-husband's name on the home I was awarded in divorce and was quitclaimed to me. I was paying interest only payments and seeking refinancing. Lenders could not lend since it was not a "residence" so I opted to take all the funds I had left to complete enough construction to get "occupancy permit". I did get occupancy two weeks ago and have possible financing coming shortly.

Ex received Intent to Foreclose notice and says HE can come "seize the property". I seriously doubt that since I am the only one on the deed. He has serious drug problems and got another gal pregnant while being sued for paternity for another child out of state two years ago (hence the divorce) - if his mouth is moving he's lying. I never heard of such a thing, but just in case someone has heard of this, I wanted to ask if it's at all possible.

im 20, and my period was late, but when it did come there was only the tiniest bit of blood and it was gone within the day. what does this mean? does that count as a period? this has happened to me a few times since the start of this year. i did a pregnancy test when it was late coming and it read negative. what's up with my period? please help

I found 2 fry in my tank 2nite so i got them out and put them in fry net (think rest got eaten?. I think they guppys as im missing 1 adult guppy so think she died and been eaten also.

He yells at me for little things I do. Our neighbors have called the police twice because of the yelling. This hasn't stopped him from yelling even. He has yelled at me during the day and said the police wouldn't be called because it wasn't night time when people are trying to sleep. I know we need to find a marriage counselor. What is the cheapest motel on the Las Vegas strip that has a swimming pool? I've been there before and stayed at the cheapest motel possible. This time I want to get some exercise so I think I'll spend a little extra for a motel with a swimming pool.
