without getting into a long story. I have a huge case against someone who is considering going bankrupt. My lawyer told me that I have two years in this particular case to do it. My question is, if this person goes bankrupt, am I still able to sue her?

Okay...so here is the issue in a nutshell:
My wife and I are going through a divorce. She has been hurting me any way she can legally and financially. What she did was try to get it to where I cannot get any type of physical custody of my daughter. I was seeing a theripist regarding being sent back to Iraq. Information regarding the diagnosis was sent by mistake to a joint email account. She pulled it off and used it against me stating that I would harm my daughter because of issues I had in Iraq. Also, when I was 18, I was convicted of sex with a minor. The girl bascially lied about her age. This was 8 years ago. She pulled that paper work and made alligations that I could possibly molest my daughter because of my past legal issue. She later admittinly told me she didn't belive ANY of that and only did it to protect herself. Does anyone know if I can do anything about this? Lawyers are expenive and I just want to know if I have any chance of doing anything about it.

I find listening to older people giving me advice VERY helpful.

How do you feel when you look back at how you were in your twenties? Im 24 - all this worrying and anxiety Im going through sometimes - is it worth it?

Why cant you go into hospital to have your baby and leave as soon as you have had it? If you have a home birth its perfectly fine to be at home but having it in hospital as a precaution and is born perfectly healthy they insist on keeping you there a few days, I hated it, i couldnt sleep as it was too hot and just wanted my own bed, but for my next baby I want a home birth but at the same time im scared in case of anything going wrong but then im held in the hospital. Why cant I have the security of being in a hospital during birth but be allowed to go straight home and rest? Being in hospital I could not rest at all!!

Why do people ask others a question but then immediately say they can't answer with an anticipated response. What do you do if you think that the forbidden response is actually the truth?

Examples:
Atheists: why don't you believe in God...and you can't say lack of evidence?
Christians: if God exists why is there evil in the world...and you can't say free will?

An avid traveler decided to go to Mongolia to explore a new world and gain new experiences. While he was there, he noticed that the country was full of beautiful women, so he decided to have a little fun and be a bit promiscuous and not use a condom since no one knew him there.
One month later he noticed that he had bright green polka dots all over his penis. He was so shocked that he didn't know what to do. He went to the doctor to get it checked out, and to his surprise, the doctor didn't know what it was either. They ran many tests and worked with other doctor's to figure out what it was.
The next day, the doctor announced to the man that they had figured out what was ailing him. They told him that it was Mongolion VD.
