No one, there's just zombies around. It's like asking who made people or animals, they just exist!!!

The idea actually came from a form of disease, which is parasitic. The victims at first will feel fever and stuff, but after a while their brain function reduces to a poor state which seems like zombie like and after that they went into coma and die. Some voodoo users make use of a form of chemical from a poisonous fish which causes the newly buried bodies to be "semi-dead" thus comes the idea of zombies.

They are created in two ways; the first being drugs, and the second being what we would call now a prefrontal lobotomy. The movie and fiction usage of characters they label zombies, the living dead, are are strictly for audience thrills and profit.

No one came up with it, there was a massacre centuries ago when idiots like the people on here messed with Magika they should not have. then term, undead was given , then Zombies, by Grimm in his discoveries.

Watch the movie Serpent and the Rainbow. This was made from actual facts by a scientist who went to Haiti. It's a very good movie and very different.
