Lox or garlic butter. Onion bagels also make a good variation to regular bread in a sandwich.

pizza sauce, a little mozzarella cheese, and if you like - pepperoni. Toast it all together in a toaster oven OR toast the bagel first then microwave it with all the other stuff on it.

Have you ever used a bagel as a bun for a hamburger??? You know how "squished" hamburger buns get?? Won't happen with a bagel......try it out, and let us know how you liked it......bacon cheeseburger on an Onion Bagel?? How good does THAT sound.......YUMMMMMM.....Enjoy!!!
