A friend of mine is in the process of buying a new house from a well known construction company only to discover that the seller has a clause in the agreement which allows them to use photos of the property for advertising after it has been sold and he becomes the legal owner. What legal right does the company have, he wants to remove this clause?

There so many street cats in our neighborhood. Is there any service we can call so they can come and pick them up to a shelter? I couldn't find anything on Google. Maybe I just don't know what it's called, in order to do the right search. Thanks for all the answers.

One of my family members are having some bad symptoms, and I was wandering if anyone here could meybe tell me if they know what causes such symptoms :

* Tingling in entire body
* Pains, (often severe), in the upper-to-middle back area,(Between the shoulder blades),, that radiate through to the chest area
* Uncontrollable shaking
* Occasional vomiting after eating foods that are sweet
* Extreme fatigue

I need help trying to find different ways to make my boyfriend feel loved and appreciated everyday cuz I'm hard on him sometimes. I'm up for anything. If it helps I don't really have much money. I am now 32 and when I was in 7th grade (1987-88), I was taught both the theory of evolution and the theory of creation. At the time, I did not think that there was anything significant about the teaching of both of these ideas, but now I realize that it may have been unusual. So I am curious whether this happened to many others. If you were taught both evolution and creationism, please tell me what year it was (guess if you can't be 100% sure) and what city and state. By way of explanation, I am fascinated by the "fight" between evolution and creationism. Thanks.
