Its just a little rubber o ring off an injector and it fell into the intake manifold...

This isn't the politically correct answer and I am sure I will get a bunch of thumbs down but I really doubt it will hurt anything. The combustion heat will turn it to ash and blow it out the pipe, the worst case will be if it gets caught in a valve and then it will burn out in just a few revolutions of the engine. Over the years I have seen corn, dog food and God knows what else go through the intake, the only things a have seen cause damage were metal.

Yes it will make the engine run poorly if at all. You need to get a new gasket and be sure to torque to the correct foot pound while following the bolt pattern in the way specified in the repair manual for this motor. I would not run the engine untill this is properly repaired as it could ruin the valves.

As long as that o ring is just rubber, I wouldn't worry too much. It's too soft to hurt anything and will just get hot, melt, and get blown out the exhaust.
