We just take off our masks, sneeze, and put it back on.
Sneezing is rare, because you air supply is Self Contained, so not much can make you sneeze. It's usually more of a snot excavation. (Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus) S.C.U.B.A.

Take the air out of your moth, pinch your nose and just sneeze. First few are pretty scary but after that, if it happens, you let it happen. But it's rare to have to sneeze as there aren't any allergens under water to make you sneeze. But if you already have them in your nose from before the dive, and you do need to sneeze, that's how.

I don't think they sneeze underwater. (I guess they do something before they go in the water)

Woah! That really makes me think.
I tried looking it up for you, but couldn't find anything. I'm sorry.
I'd really like to know now though.
