It's 2:00 PM, but it might help you more if you know why that is.
Organizations that can't afford to have mix-ups between AM and PM (like the military) use a 24-hour clock. This means that each hour of the day has its own number. 0200 is always 2:00 in the morning, and 1400 is always 2:00 in the afternoon. That way nobody gets confused.
To convert one to the other, just follow this simple rule: If you are turning a normal time into military time, add 12 to the hours only if it's after noon. So 4:00 PM would be 4 + 12, which gives you 1600. If you are turning a military time into normal time, if the number is higher than 12, just subtract 12. So 1700 would be 17-12, which gives you 5:00 PM. It's easy once you get the hang of it, and much more exact.

That would be 2:00 p.m.
After 12 noon if you add the hour showing on the clock to 12, you will get "military" time. This time is used in alot of areas.
EXAMPLE: If the clock shows 3:00 p.m. add the 3 to 12 and you will have the military equvilant of 1500.
If the clock shows 6:30 p.m. add 630 to the 12 and you will have 1830. After midnight it just goes as the clock show until 12 noon.
This is more than you asked for, but hope it helps.

2 pm,
on a 24 hour clock 14 would be 2 because its 2 hours after 12, and instead of saying 14:00 we just say 1400.

It's an extra two hours added on to Feb. 29th of a leap year.
Or just go with everybody else and call it 2:00 p.m.
Anything over twelve, you subtract twelve from.
