victimization in my life. which has give me a rage problem to...how should i deal with a potential situation if i was faced with bullying, intimidation and victimization now in the present, say if i encountered this somewhere outside from another male or a group of males, without getting in to trouble, but still standing up for yourself??


i really need to learn these skills in therapy and learn how to not let it happen to me again, so i can combat this inner rage problem.
in the past i let them bully me and victimize me, and was afraid to stand up for myself, and i feel deeply angry with myself over this...so i dont want to let it happen to me again, even though i do feel afraid....so any tips, prefablly from other guys would be much appreciated.

If you love someone, does that mean you have to absolutely adore every aspect about them? (including smelly feet, annoying habits, etc...)

Than why is it so hard to accept the concept that Christians love everyone, but not nessesarily approve of & adore certain behaviors they exhibit?

Okay, when you're performing triage and you see multiple victims tagged as immediate, do you help those unconcious or concious (both with similar injuries) first?

i just got a new 98 custom and cleaned it all up... I didnt have any oil to use, and a paintball store told me that most oils arent good to use and grease is better because it will maintain its location longer and not dry out... well, figuring the o-rings are silicon, i used vaseline to lube it (i figure since its petrolium based, and ruber is from oil, good enough, plus it doesnt dry out), somewhere said i could also use 100% silicon if this wouldnt work, what would anyone suggest?

When theres absolutely no progress in IRAQ's governement
While Al Queda is only getting stronger elsewhere(pakistan)
While a new Al Queda group is developing in IRAQ because of our occupation there
When we never truly went after Bin Laden, instead went after Saddam
When there was not a connection between Saddam and al queda until after we arrived and Saddam was already captured, and only grew because of the kaos left with an unprepared plan that everyone conceeds to.

keeping this out of court is not an option, unfortunately. My 18-yr old daughter hasn't seen her younger half-brothers and sister in a year and wants to keep in touch, but her father and stepmother will not cooperate. Does she have a legal, arguable case to establish visitation rights?

3 years ago I was hit in the butt with a softball and it caused an abcess in my left butt muscle.11 surgurys later after lots of infections and removing my tail bone because it was infected with MRSA,they had to flap part of my left butt muscle over to close the wound ,It is now all closed but I have extreme muscle spasms in my left Gludious muscle causing me to be unable to walk at times also siatic nerve problems. We have tryed nertuin, lyrica all those class of drugs and Botox but it didnt work,they are know saying I may need my Siatic nerve cut but we can not find a docter to do it because im only 18 and my pervious medical history.ANY 1 OUT THERE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS Im open to anything plz help!!!

The Arabs were sitting on a gold mine and did not know it. Then along came foriegn oil exploration and discovered the middle east is full of oil. The foriegn oil companies told the Arabs that they would drill for the oil, pay for the drilling, and not ask any favors in return. Yeah! Right!
Arab's control a lot of oil. American oil companies control a lot of market. Exxon flips a bird to the shieks and laughs all the way to the bank.
The shieks do not control EXXON. EXXON controls them and will screw anyone "without loyality to government or people". If EXXON can sell gas in Europe for more than they can in America they advertise to get Americans to conserve on gas. It is all legal and capitalistic. Your next door nieghbor Sally is 62 years old. She has not driven a car in 8 years. She bought 15,000 shares of EXXON before she retired. She needs a little more income to take church cruises. She doesn't give a damn how much you pay for gas. Sally wants to party.

help,so he told me to just quit taking it. I seem to feel worse not being on itexcept the diarehha is gone. i read you shouldnt suddenly stop taking it because there could be side effects from stopping it. My girlfriend spends a lot of time with ex. Over the past 28 months she has not gone a week without seeing him or three days without talking and over that time she has been with me off and on for 6 months. She moved out for a little while but still went over to see him and then moved back after a few weeks cuz its her home too...do you think that means they are still together?
