Your problem is way more severe than mine so I don't know if this will help at all but, I've been able to eliminate or at least greatly reduce the number of muscle spasms I have in my legs just by taking potassium and calcium supplements.
Also, making sure you have an adaquate liquid intake. Hydration is very important.

As lots of a natruralist as i'm, I hate to advise pills of any variety. in spite of the shown fact that, many docs will presrcibe muscle relaxers for that variety of element if it extremely is undesirable adequate, or is inflicting you discomfort. I even have taken some myself, before, and that they looked as though it may help particularly lots. merely be carfeul to no longer function any equipment (consisting of driving your motor vehicle) once you're on them. they might rather do a huge decision on your innovations... ;)

Have you checked into seeing a pain management doctor? Where I go, they have many, many different kinds of treatments to get rid of pain and control muscle spasms.
