You have already mentioned that you need therapy and to be able to learn coping skills, in addition to that, you need to build your self-confidence, and perhaps remove yourself from people who are unkind to you. Make a new start to your life and surround yourself with new people, and do not allow yourself to relapse into the behavior that would allow the cycle to start over again. Good luck to you.

I wonder what is your situation where a 30 y.o. is still being bullied. In school and military you are surrounded by other men and don't have a lot of options for defense. Now your own anger problem (which could be initiated by others) is entirely your responsibility. Aside from learning how to deal with it, I would suggest evaluating your surroundings which cause the rage.

I am afraid bullying is part of life and we all get it from time to time. Did you see how Shilpa dealt with it on Big Brother? With grace and dignity. Sorry, not a bloke and can not give advice about blokes wanting to fight you etc. But do not take it personally.
