By following the advice I gave you in your last question dealing with weight: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AnkMjYe1H.A97V2gVTU7Rrjsy6IX?qid=20070713061752AApGalj
Trust me on this one, I've been there. 25 pounds in TWO months is barely obtainable, but would require lots of work. If you're shooting to lose it in time for school, I wouldn't try it... it wouldn't be healthy. You might be able to lose 15 pounds on a 1200 calorie a day diet combined with an hour long brisk walk each day. This might get rid of three to four pounds a week, but that's a stretch. You could exercise more to lose it quicker, but I would never recommend cutting your calories any more than to 1200/day.
How do I know these things?? I actually managed to lose thirty pounds in two months. I worked my tail off, though. If you stick to mostly vegetables and avoid meat and dairy, it will maximize your efforts.
Please trust me... there's no healthy way to lose that much in that little time. It didn't get there quickly and it will not go away quickly. Did you know that you have to burn 3500 calories to lose one pound? Did you know that a brisk walk for an hour (that's about three miles) might burn 400 calories? Did you know that the average adult uses about 2000 calories a day? Now, realizing that you're a 12 y.o. kid, and probably only needing 1600 to 1800 calories to maintain your current weight, you would have to cut your calorie intake by 200 to 400 calories from that 1600 to 1800 and walk a half hour a day just to lose one pound a week. Chances are, you're used to around 3,000 calories a day. Do the math.... If you're not willing to put in the work, you're not going to lose the weight. Starving yourself is not the answer either... sweat is.
Oh, there's one thing that might help... but only a little. Green tea does seem to help the metabolism and fat burning somewhat, but it's not going to do the work for you.
One more little thing. At twelve, almost thirteen, the chances of having a heart attack are far less than getting hit by lightning. Just go for it... you'll be fine. Get a workout partner... it helps.

Hannah ... I cannot stress enough that it is basically impossible to loose this much weight in a month without completely starving yourself. I'm not sure why young girls and women still don't get this. The ONLY safe way to lose weight is 1 -2 pounds a week. Any faster than that and you are only losing water and a LOT of muscle besides the fat because you aren't feeding your muscles enough to survive. You are also doing great harm to your body. Then - when you gain the weight back - which almost ALWAYS happens when you lose weight the WRONG way ... you gain it back INSTANTLY in water and TWICE as much fat. You end up with less muscle and more fat then you had before you lost the weight.
You have to understand that the dangers to losing weight this fast are FAR greater than doing it the right way. And you said you aren't good at the ONE thing that really will help ... exercise. That is as important to getting and staying slim as a healthy diet. You don't have to be 'good' at it ... you just have to do it. Anyone should be able to walk at least 30 minutes a day/ 5 days a week. That is nothing and is a small price in time to pay for your health and well being.
Muscle is THE greatest enemy to fat. If you destroy muscle by dieting incorrectly you are defeating the whole purpose. The more muscle you have .. the less fat you have and the better you look. Fat burns 2 grams of energy per hour ... muscle burns 48 grams per hour. This proves that muscle keeps your metabolism burning efficiently. Someone above mentioned joining Curves ... this is a great way to have a SHORT workout (30 minutes) and adding more healthy muscle to your body. And NEVER worry about getting "big" muscles ... that is impossible for women unless you take steroids ... all it will do in make you lean and full of energy.
Remember ... losing 25 pounds in a month is an unattainable goal. It is dangerous and will never work in the long term. You must do it the right and healthy way to make positive, lasting changes.

Losing 25 pounds in a little over a month won't happen, I've lost 22 pounds and it took me three months. So give it at least 3-4 months.
Your goals are unrealistic, yes being 5'4 and 180 pounds is greatly overweight, actually considered obese, but if you're willing to put the time in, you will lose the weight.
Forget about calories, just cut all your portions in half and eat healthy. Walk to the grocery store and pick out a whole selection of fruits and vegetables. Limit your pork intake, and eat lean meats such as chicken. Fish and protein is very important to eat when losing weight. Stay away from junk food and empty calories. Excercise for at least 30 minutes a day.
You will see results within two weeks, I promise you.

You wouldn't want to lose the weight that quickly because your skin couldn't keep up. You don't want to end up with saggy, baggy skin! The first week of dieting is really the only exception to the rule of never losing more than 2 pounds per week. Look on weight watchers online and they will let you look at a lot of info without having to pay. You can even sign up to receive free newsletters from them. Good luck!!!

The best way to lose weight is doing exercise.
The best type of exercise for weight loss is something you ENJOY DOING and are likely to continue doing - not just while losing weight but also as you maintain weight in the long term.
Your initial fitness goal should be to do 30 minutes of exercise each day. Thereafter, gradually increase this (ideally) to about 60 minutes of exercise per day.
The best combination of exercise is a mixture of aerobic and weight/strength training (and stretching). Aerobic and weight/strength training exercises both assist weight loss but in different ways.
Check out http://fitness-secret.info , there are some great exercise for weight loss you can choose.

Loosing 25 pounds in a month is not healthy at all. Watch what you take in, bring down the calories. Squeeze one lemon in a warm cup of tea(No milk and sugar) Add two table spoon of honey. Take this every morning. Weight will reduce.
