Can an employer legally reduce your previous wage of say $8.50/hr to minimum wage if you quit? There was no notice nor any discussion prior. Thank you very much!

I think it is, my grandmother doesn't think so. But I'm pretty positive it is way too early. Haha. But if there is a website that gives the weather for Aug. 1 - 4, could you give it to me? LOL. I highly doubt this...

a story on the news the other day a group of teens raped a women in her home and made her little son join in. He was forced to help rape his own mother. Children starve daily and are molested, people are robbed, beaten, people die in such pain and suffering. I hear alot of everything happens for a reason, God gives you no more than you can handle. We have free will if free will causes this we would be better off without. I want to know how can people handle being raped or starved. If children are going 2 die young why let them be created. Life seems to be more of a curse than a gift to me. When a parent knows that their child is being harmed they do everything to remove that child from the situation and if they dont they are just as guilty. I feel we would be better off not existing. I cant help but feel angry. Do we believe because it makes us feel better.I would like to hear other views about God. IF YOUR GOING TO BE RUDE DO NOT REPLY!

Flashes of light (like a kaleidescope) in my peripheral vision lasts about 45 minutes followed by a bad headache that lasts about a half hour?What could this be from? This happens about once a year.

I would like some help with decorating my new room. Im a student renting a room in a house. The room is large, is fairly well light and has high ceilings. The one problem with the room is its hideous dark terracotta carpet which i cant get rid of since Im only renting (I may be able to cover it up with large rugs if worst comes to worst!). I have looked around but can find nothing to go with the carpet and Im pretty clueless when it comes to matching things up. This room is pretty much empty apart from a bed and a Built in pine (I think?) wardrobe and it has cream coloured walls so Im open to colour suggestions so I can buy some new furniture and bed sheets.

Im a 19 y/old male and i was hoping for a light coloured room with natural colours.

I'd really appreciate any help you could offer with this. Thanks

This is really weird question.. I've heard of co-workers hitting and flirting on some of their female co-workers and some female co-workers getting jelous and rude at other females who work with them?

So the question is, Does being beautiful pay off in a work place? I want to get into Policing, but Im scared of some things that may happen. such as what IF a co-worker flirts/hits on you, or stare non stop. A female begins to be rude to you. Because I really cant handle flirting, or stares esp in a WORK PLACE, Im really annoyed by it.
So in Policing is there an equal chance of a female - male relationship, or would the males treat you differently since you look good and a female?

(sorry if this question mayb seem rude, but I seen acts like this happen)

He has info on who may have come or gone in and out of the house, phone calls, etc. What is the most likely ways he is monitoring the bedroom or entrances? Also, can he tap into my cell phone? I'm supposing he is using a key-logging program to monitor my internet usage (probably this question, but I don't care!).

I'm working on the legalities and talking with him about his behavior. Right now, though, I want to know how to find any devices because I don't like living like this.

No, I'm not crazy or paranoid, but it seems he's gone overboard with needing to check up on me. Can you give me any tips on where to look for these items and how to disable them?

I live in a third world country.....no place i wanna name but anyway.... lately I've become despondent with everything in life? nothing has its charm anymore, i hate my university the vast majority of 90% of the professors cant teach for ****. i hate the culture here.

whats more troubling is i am becoming more and more uncomfortable with my own skin. i hate the way i look, I've gained a lot of weight, i wanna change my casual wardrobe to more alternative rock style or emo, but i dunno how...

i guess i want a complete change appearance apparel location country i dunno...


if anyway can make sense of my question and gimme some good advice i would appreciate i am quite close to pulling my hair out.
