He has info on who may have come or gone in and out of the house, phone calls, etc. What is the most likely ways he is monitoring the bedroom or entrances? Also, can he tap into my cell phone? I'm supposing he is using a key-logging program to monitor my internet usage (probably this question, but I don't care!).

I'm working on the legalities and talking with him about his behavior. Right now, though, I want to know how to find any devices because I don't like living like this.

No, I'm not crazy or paranoid, but it seems he's gone overboard with needing to check up on me. Can you give me any tips on where to look for these items and how to disable them?

Thanks in advance for your responses!!!!

Invasion of privacy is a serious matter, and he can be legally prosecuted for it.
He could have remotely installed a keylogger. To remove it, check this site, but remember to keep track and actual data about everything you do to use as proof in a court of law.

As for his spying on your activities he could have hired a person to follow you, or used a cell phone to listen to your conversations. This is rather easy to do, you just tape the cell phone to a place you know the person is going to be, put it in auto-answer, with the speaker feat on, and call to listen.
In any case, inform your lawyer ASAP since this conduct is one of the warning signs of people with obsessive behaviour.

He could have some sort of device on your phone or even a tape recorder somewhere in the house. What a jerk!!!! Now you can get all kinds of equipment like that really easy at RAdio Shak. I know a girl that got caught messing around on her husband because he got some sort of bug device on the phone from that store. Buy a new house phone. Check your bedroom, under the bed, between the mattress. Look in corners and the closet for possible eyes from cameras. Do you have an attic? Go up there and see if there are any cameras or recording devices. Good Luck!

If he has a keylogger program on your pc I would take it to best buy and have them check it out for you. I would then place a boot up password on your PC so he cannot get into it or get it to load even if he gets in your house. Set up a web cam to record remotely upon crossing in front of it and get him for home invasion. He is a moron and needs to have a laptop busted over his head.

He probably put some spy ware in your home while you weren't paying attention. If you're really uncomfortable call the police.
