I am working part time doing Gelato ice cream about 14 months and nothing happened. Till this Singapore based restaurant hired a Branch Manager who is from Europe a few months back. I came to understand that this company is not making money and he tries to keep his job by cutting costs n downsizing manpower. Infact he is drinking while on duty, enjoying the food and his job is only to say 'Welcome' in his language. He leaves his job early and sometimes he also disappeared. Two days ago a customer found two small pieces of transparent plastics or glasses in the ice cream.This Manager asked me if I heard about it asked do I have any explanation? I nodded. Later I said I hope everybody has got to be careful. He said 'I don't care and I don't want it to happen again.' The way he put is like that I am only to be blamed and I have to answer for it. I cannot guard the ice cream for 24 hours. It would be taken to another outlet and served by anybody. What would you do if you were me?

I am joining the British army and my careers instructor has told me that they would prefer it if i could do chin ups by the time i join.

I will need to do at least a couple by the time i pass out but it would make my life easier if i could do them before.

Any tips from ex-forces????

My friend and I have talked online for several years. We live two hours from each other and have never met. He recently said that he cares for me very much. He knows I have a fiance and I am already in a relationship. I didn't know he felt this way and if I did, I would have said No when my BF asked me for marry him. I told my friend that I can't meet him because that would be the wrong thing to do to my fiance. My fiance doesn't want me to meet him and said he would be VERY upset if I did. My friend has said that if I don't meet him then he will never speak to me again. He said he has to do this because being "just friends" is too painful. I have tried over and over again to tell him that I don't want to lose him as a friend. I didn't know he had those feelings for me and I don't want to hurt him. He's stopped talking to me and stopped responding to my emails. Am I wrong for not meeting him or is he wrong for acting this way? What should I do?

I am getting a 12 wk old sheltie puppy Sunday and I can't wait!! Anyways both of his parents are 15 inches tall....is there a chance that he will get bigger then that? At what age are they full grown and when do they start getting their pretty fluffy coat? The lady I'm buying him from said that she's never had a oversized sheltie and I've never owned one. Thanks

ok so theres this energy drink called cocaine that came into the shelves a few months ago. it has like 3 times as much cafeine as redbull and 4 times as much taurrine. whenever u drink cocaince theres a burning sensation in yur throat. why is that? is coacine dangerous? also they took them out of the shelves because of their name but now they got a new one named "censored" its the same thing but a little stronger now. is this bad for you?

Are there any parking lots at the station? If not, what about street parking. I need to get from Jersey to Jones Beach and would prefer to drive part of the way and then take LIRR. My friend will pick me up at the station. Are there any other stations that have a lot of parking if Jamaica doesn't? Thanks I can't find this info on the LIRR website anywhere!

We'd like a service that comes to our house if possible. My wife is a culinary student and she needs her whole knife kit sharpened. Her teachers recommend she gets it done professionally. I have Googled and looked in white/yellow pages but cant really find any that I would want to try.

I have nothing against gays or lesbians, but to use the rainbow as a symbol...

I've loved the rainbow all my life and now something like this is associated with it and I get constant questions if I'm gay...

a man walks into a bar and see this guy sitting across from him with six shots in front of him...the man wonders i guess my day wasnt soo bad..he orders a beer and sits back to relax...next thing you know the man with the shots takes all of them in a row jumps up runs to the window and jumps out 60 stories straight down..the man watches in horror but the man floats down lands safely on the ground and runs back up to his seat..the man is dumbfounded and says how did you do that...the man replies take these shots and you can do it too...soo he does and jumps out the window ....fallen fallen...splat the man dies...the bartender looks over and says..ur such an asshole when ur drunk SUPERMAN!!

I strongly support our troops......support them coming home from this War.

My brother just got back from Iraq, after hearing his stories and checking on you tube to see what other soldiers think. It is too obvious that this war is for money. He explained how they would destroy their own vehicles instead of making simple repairs and taxes would just buy another one. Or how he was forced to turn in his laundry to KBR where they would wash it and charge the Tax payers $99 a load. He also explained how it seems that we are trying to intervene in a civil war that has been going on for decades.
Commanders threaten soldiers "If you want to see your family, freinds or girlfriend again you better go and destroy that city".

If you really supported our troops, you would educate yourselves in what is really going on. Start by doing a search on youtube for "iraq" and see what actual soldiers feel about this war?

Texas is considering replacing the gas tax (like it will actually go away.....they won't give up THAT revenue) with a "mileage tax", based on how many miles you drive. This is because they say that the gas tax doesn't provide enough funds to maintain roads and highways in Texas.

Yet, they've been raiding the gas tax funds for other projects: "Education" (wasn't the lottery supposed to be funding that?), pet projects (a local radio station reported that funds from the gas tax were being used to build parking lots), etc.

What are you opinions on this?

In islam, the hadith quotes prophet mohammed saying on the signs of the end of time "..a night three nights long will follow the fog. After the night of three nights, the sun will rise in the west..." and this marks begining of judgement day.

QUOTED 1400 years ago..

JUST RECENTLY scientist discovered that earth when first created (came into existance) used to rotate around itself in just 4 hours... today it is just under 24 hours....

it will slow down to the point where it will STOP, and like a spring, start rotating in the other diretion...

this being said, the sun (to us) will start rising from the west in the morning, (actually mohammed (pbuh) even said that this stop will last 3 days)
