There should be a couple pull-tabs under the front edge of the bottom seat cushion, which you can pull to release the seat. Remove the bottom cushion and you'll see the four brackets that secure the rear seat back: two small ones on the ends, and two in the middle that also hold the seat belts. Remove all the nuts and you can lift straight up on the rear seat back to release the tabs that hold it in place on top.

remove the bolts on the bottom seats (look at the front bottom).

remove the bottom.

then you can see the bolts for the top seat back.

just go through the trunk to put the speakers in. or there should be clips on the outside of the seats.
