My turkish husband who used me to try to get a visa to Canada ( thank god Canada saw through his charade) and is now divorcing me is marrying a second wife before the divorce is final in an illegal islamic ceremony next month. How would you deal with this emotionally after a year of fake words of love and then a year of abuse ? Why do i feel like garbage thrown out on the street and deeply dishonored ? Can't seem to shrug it off and am deeply depressed.

i will say them in steps:

1.i have an internet dsl connection

2.i have two computers

3.i want to set one computer to receive the internet from the other without cables(wireless).

Tell me why are atheists smarter than religous people?? Is it because of their free thinking skills or is it because anyone with a reasonably high IQ can understand that religion is fake?? The stats do not lie, it is a fact that atheists are smarter.

This may explain why religous people have lower incomes and bad credit. (joke lol) They just cannot think through the facts. Its like when you were a kid and you believed in the easter bunny and santa clause but when your parents explained it was not real, it all seemed to make sense. Religion works the exact same way.

I was in the mall last week with my sister when I saw a woman with her kid on a leash. The mother was looking at one of those little booths in the middle of the aisle of the mall, her kid was trying to look at something in the window of a store (mind you the child must have been 3 or 4). The mom felt the kid tugging, and then yanked the leash (like you would a dog that wasn't following along), without even looking a where the kid was, forcing her to smack her head on a chair. The woman didn't even ask the kid if she was ok, she just gave this "oops" look and kept on shopping.
Who here, thinks that it is ok to walk your child on a leash like you would a dog. My opinion is, if your child won't stay where you want it, put it in a stroller, instead of treating it like an animal!!
