The federal government does not recognize same sex marriages. So you need a travelers visa.

The guide lines for a K1 are very clear and do not allow same sex marriage, so you will have to try a tourist visa which you will have to prove you have enough assets here in the Philippines to want to come back, Fat bank account, property and home ownership, a stable job with a letter from your employer allowing you to take leave and when you return have the job.

Go o the local U S embassy or consulate and they will tell you the answer to your question. I am sure that they may issue you one if you follow all the guidelines of getting that visa.

There is only one state that currently allows marriage: Massachusetts. You would have to move there if they would even take you. I sense that you think gay marriage is the law of the land. It has been shot down in referendum in 24 states

Nope. Gay marriages are illegal here. You can have a ceremony and all, but legally you won't be married.

You can be married here, but can't be regarded as "man and wife". That would be absurd anyway. We have to hold on to at least one moral vestige in the U.S.
