I have believed in reincarnation for years, even since I was a small child. I could never believe (even back then when I still considered myself very Christian) that someone who lived somewhere that did not have the ability to learn about God would be condemned to hades for an eternity because they didn't know and love him. I believed that those people were given another chance and another lifetime to try to learn about the good ways. (At this point, I am not Christian, but I do still very strongly believe in Karma and reincarnation).

That is a good question. I would say recycle, just because that is how everything else in nature works (water is recycled, bodies are recycled). I suppose he could do both, but I would think there is a finite number of souls. If true, it would be interesting to see what happens when we reach that limit (though I think the strain on our resources would be reached first so the death would prevent us from needing EVERY soul that exists at once).

Recycle and create.
This is a non-Christian answer of course. I believe that the soul is energy vibrating at a higher level; behaving in a certain way will help that energy to renew itself and add to itself, behaving in other ways will cause said energy to dissipate.
The result is, some souls are recycled back into the vast energy pool that is the Universe, whilst other move on. Souls die, souls are created, souls move on. It's a great big universe out there, all permutations are possible.

Recycle.
Old souls are stored in bins with letters from F to A.
F-Souls can be stored a long time because they are fairly clean.
On the other hand highly contaminated souls must be recycled quickly.
That is why so many A-Souls are in use.

I think we all were other people back in the past thats why we have deja vu, have interests we never tried, dreams we want to follow, and etc etc. So I think the souls recycle while the bad souls are being destroyed or something and there souls are new again.

I tend to think that like Jesus, God probably teaches by example. Since this is His earth and He wants us to take care of it, I would imagine that He would recycle our souls as a way of 'practicing what He preaches.' Then again, the whole flood thing wasn't exactly 'thou shalt not kill'... Hey, how about this: God is incomprehensible, this is just one of His mysteries! (that should about cover it, no?)

God is not some person up in the clouds or sky creating or recycling people like a factory. "God" is "you" or your own inner state of mind or state of being. Your question doesn't make sense to me.

Even if he reincarnates he has to create new ones. There are more people alive today than have lived in the entire history of the world. And with most of them believing they're the reincarnation of a small number of famous people, that's even more souls that have to be created.
