we have many roses and the japanese beetles are all over them , we have 3 traps ( scent pad and bag ) around the roses , more than 30 ft away , as reccomended , any help without using tough pesticides ???

I grew up on Long Island am now 25. I have always loved NYC and spent as much time as I could there. Long Island is nice, but there is absolutely nothing to do. My fiance of 4 years who just broke up with me lived there and as long as I dated her, I spent a lot of time there, and I absolutely fell in love with the prospect of living in the city, the only thing is I can't afford it right now. What are the pros and cons of living there, I know I wouldn't need my car anymore.

I read an answer by a Lebanese that Israel doesn't occupy Lebanese land and doesn't kill Lebanese. Did they give back Sheba'a farms and we don't know?
Did they compensate Lebanese for the destruction they made or helped in collecting the bombs in the south ?

I was traveling with my beautiful wife to see an uncle who live in Boston.We've made 4 hour of driving and it was her turn to drive so I can sleep.When got wake-up, suddently, by her voice calling my name, we were lost in a neighbour state.

It took me 20 minute to find the right path to get to the main road.I never get lost, even when I drive in europe.

Have you EVER said anything positive about the Spurs?

I've said good things about your Lakers and Suns. The Lakers have talent, they just don't use it. If Kobe can be more of a team player, the Lakers will be much better. As for the Suns, they are a great team. They amaze me because of how much they score even in regular season games. they have talent in Amare, Nash, and Marion, along with many other players. Something's telling me that they're going to win the championship next year.

My parents had a BBQ yesterday and about 35 people showed up. A lot of people brought stuff to eat even though it wasn't asked of them. One couple brought a cheese cake. hey were one of the first people to leave and took the last two slices home with them. Everyone else stayed until late into the night and many people had asked, after the couple left, if there was any of that cheese cake left. Was it rude for them to take it back home with them?

I really like him and i want to be his. So i go to the Ukie Resort and he goes there ALL summer and i usually see most of the holidays. So, last night was the best night of my life, there was a festival and i went with my bff and i saw him there and later when the proformences were going on me and my bff wanted to "watch" it (yea right) and there was like a couple places open to stand over the veranda anyway i stood by him of course. Later i looked at him a couple of times and my heart was beated so freakin hard. He then sat behind me and i looked at him more then my friend said he was looking at me with a deep stare...<3! later he then stood by me again and i could see with the corner of my eye again he was staring at me again with the deep stare. Then later my bff wanted to leave so i left and i said bye but he didn't hear me (im shy and quite) I don't know what to do i really like this guy. Does he like me, How do i get him to ask me out we r both shy, i don't know wat to do? HELP

Here's a suggestion for a border state. Illegals come to the US and have their anchor baby born on american soil. Their baby is a US citizen because of the way the 14th amendment is being interpreted. However, the 14th amendment has nothing to do with immigration, it was intended to end slavery. Therefore the law is being exploited. I suggest that the states stop giving government benefits to the "so-called" anchor babies, and deny them citizenship. Then the state will get taken to court. The supreme court would probably hear it because its a constitutional issue. Then when the supreme court correctly reinterprets the 14th amendment, we can strip millions of legals, who have illegally received their citizenship....no more anchor babies. It would be a huge blow to illegals' hopes of citizenship, and I suspect the illegals would go home. I challenge a state to do just that. I mean a legal fight is much cheaper than paying benefits to those who aren't entitled.

Are large ships such as a container ship being built with stabilizer fins and thrusters to hover in anchorages instead of the anchor and chain? I can't remember the name of the show but it showed the CMA-CGM Hugo, A very large containership and if im correct the guy mentioned that the ship was built with stabilizers and thrusters instead of an anchor and chain. Does anyone know if this is true? And if so were can I find an article or pictures of ships that currently have such systems.
