I have a chevy 350 which currently has an 8 inch air intake, If I were to put al a 14 inch air intake would it give me more or less power, I say it would but my friend says the smaller the filter the better. Which is true and why?

I am starting to write a book, but I don't have anything solid yet. I want to know what other people like to read. I'm not sure about the plot yet, but I do know I want to have a story with sacrifice, twists, plot twists, and an ending nobody thought would happen. My question is this: What should my book be based around? Does anybody have any good ideas they would like to share with me? Anything will help. Even if its just throwing an idea out in the open, I will accept it. I just need a little bit more of an idea and also what people like to read most. Thanks for all your help in advance.

When there is a late cold snap, fruit farmers spray water on their trees to prevent the flower buds from freezing. The water comes out of the farm pond and is not at all warm! How does spraying the cold water on the trees prevent freezing damage?

I think hax0rz have gotten into my computer, perhaps root, and i need a really good anti-virus. Free one, I'm too cheap to get one off the market. The planted something.

Any suggestions? I might just download all of them that are posted, so I can ask another question in 15 minutes about how I have file problems, more spyware, etc..

My vet said, she (my dog) was depressed because she was in heat, and there is no dog for her to mate with.

I think the vet might have been leing, because she is not doing anything, she hides in her crate for hours and throws up constantly, I went back to the vet and he said he could take blood work and x rays which would be a couple of hundreds of dollars same thing with other vets

and we don't have that kind of money, they dont except payment plans niether.

I doubt she is in heat.

I dont want to go jogging in the park anymore, since I live in a ghetto neighborhood where guys be starring and whistling perverted stuff then dum dogs that try to bite you. I just hate it!!
well I want to try and get myself a threadmill because I dont want to stop jogging, but I heard it was not that effective like real terrain jogging. I want to go to a gym but cant afford it, plaese give me advice??? thanks

and with changing demographics this will be true . My question is for those who believe this, because of the great poverty that comes from Mexico, will the USA in 2050, just become the Mexico of today. In my excitement to plan my wedding and upcoming marriage, I decided to start talking about wedding ring shopping when our two families met for dinner. My soon to be mother in law tells me that she has already purchased our wedding rings as a gift to us. I was stunned. I am not being snooty or ungrateful, but I thought this should have been a decision and experience that my fiance and I should have shared together.

I have not even seen what it looks like, it could very well be what I wanted, but I just wanted to have some say about it. Am I wrong to feel this way? Am I stressing over nothing or just plain over reacting?

I didn't say anything when I heard this news. What should I do?
