I have had a bad lower back for about 5 months now. I can't seem to shake it. It isn't unbearable but it is very uncomfortable and has prevented me from doing any type of weightlifting, such as squats without feeling extremely sore the next day.

When I push on the actual vertebrae it hurts right on top as if there were a layer that hurt right on top of it.

Sometimes you are asked to pick an answer or pick a side. Well, sometimes I dont agree with the choices. I didnt say I didnt like the choices. Im not neutral about it. Its hard for me to describe but when that question is asked I believe the person asking just wont understand my answer.

Shouldnt our money as taxes go to the Church and not the goverment, we pay taxes just like everyone else yet cannot seem to get help, funding for programs, to help others.

Case in point there is a ministry that helps prisoners, and the rate of them returning to jail is less than any state run program, and the seperation of church and state stops them from getting funding, I pay taxes as well as you and shouldnt I have a say in where my taxes go.

I have an 88 Honda Accord and I leak power steering fluid a little. I pushed my finger through the silver foil of a new bottle and didn't realize I pushed it all the way into the bottle. When I went to pour it into my power steering the foil thingy slid right into the power steering resevoir before I had a chance to grab it.

Is this going to cause a blockage or other damage? Do I need to take it to a shop or try to fish it out?
