I usually try to work out lightly in the morning... mostly cardio in order to get myself going for the day. Then, sometimes after work (if I have time) I try to get to the gym and do some light lifting. Working out in the morning is a great wake up though.

I usually work out for an hour in the evening. If I am off from work, I exercise in the morning and evening. Usually a 30 min walk in the morning and 60 minutes on my elliptical machine in the evening.

6 in the morning. I usually have the gym to myself and after wards I feel like I have already gotten a lot accomplished for the day.

if i did work out on a regular basis, i would totally chose to work out in the morning at about 8 or 9 cuz during the day cuz u wont feel as sleepy and [lazy] or in the evening at around 7 to 8 cuz i was to lazy to work out in the day. lol.

The best is later on in the day like late afternoon.
THEN you burn off the calories eaten from the daytime. And lose weight and tone faster.
