no anything divided by zero is not infinity its an undefined operation. Its physically impossible to compute because zero can only be zero no matter what you multiply it by.

-11 + 11 is 0 and its being divided

its -4. = -13-2+11
= -15+11= -4

work left to right. MDAS=multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction. do the problem in that order. -22/-11 gives +2. That gives -13-2+11( two minuses on 11 gives a positive).-2+11=9. Then add -13, gives -4.
