I realize that it is best when we live the principle in private especially with the recent changes in the church laws.

Prior to 2004, a fence could only be built if it were 30 feet in from the property line in our area. Several fences were built on the property line during this time without permission. In 2004, the code was changed to allow a fence to be placed 12 feet in from the property line. Considering the fact that the fences were against code when they were built and they are still against the current code, are the fences considered "grandfathered" simply because the code was changed?

I have a regular, plain old telephone landline with Call Waiting from Bell Canada. Sometimes, Call Waiting works perfectly, but other times, people who dial my number while I'm on the phone get a busy signal. What's going on?

I live about 20 minutes outside of SF and it's a REALLY a fun, fascinating and beautiful city, with breathtaking views, steep hills, upscale gourmet resturaunts, a nightlife that is amazing, and it has a lot of historical attractions, Oakland, Berkeley, Sausalito and Napa Valley, are just minutes away and it's all surrounding by the beautiful Pacific Ocean. I'm curious to know what people's perception of it is, especially people from the East coast, who have never been. Those of us who live in the Bay Area, take it for granted, but it really is a beautiful city and is without a doubt the most "unique" city in the world.

Currently i have a Ball Python, a pair of Leopard Geckos, and a Bearded Dragon. Seeing as how reptiles are going to be my future, i am looking to get a lizard that gets quite big, since i've already gotten a snake that will eventually be 5-6 feet long.

I have heard that iguanas can rip furniture to shreds with their claws, but if i keep them trimmed will it still happen? I also hear they do get quite messy, but im fine with cleaning up after them.

I havent heard much about chinese water dragons, but they look like really fun pets, and get almost as big as the iguanas. I plan to have a cage in the corner with proper lighting and maybe a couple things to climb on but mainly the iguana or water dragon will roam around in my room, or stay in an area for it in my room somewhere.

So mainly it comes down to what would be more expensive in the long run, what would be better in the long run, and how needy each of these are.

I have a neighbor who does not own a TV or even a raido. She says both are tools of Satan. She only reads christian books and her Bible. She has only Christian CD's and tapes for music. I think she is a little overboard, She is living in a shell.I am a little worried about her. She does not go to Church but she is always studing her books and her Bible Nothing wrong with that but she is so isolated. Am I wrong?

Can a person's IQ be raised substantially over a decade or so?
I'm 18 and have an IQ of 125, though I'd like to hit the 160 threshold before I'm 30. Is this possible? Will taking up hobbies such as Sudoku and chess help?
I know IQ tests only measure relative intelligence, not absolute intelligence; so true "genius" isn't necessarily just having an IQ over 160. I don't know. Whatever.

I have Win. XP Home Edition, I have reinstalled it, not upgraded or repaired it, 3 times now. Each time I thought I had cleaned out my computer and installed a fresh version of it. However today I noticed my computer was running slowly, and I was going to reinstall the program again.

What happened was I didnt have enough partitioned space to do it, and then I started looking into the photos, movies, music, files, etc. in my computer through the Search. There is a lot of stuff on here that has been here since the first time I installed the program. Also it seems that each profile I have ever set up when installing Win. XP is still in my computer.

How do I get rid of all this. Right now I am just going through every file, pic, movie, etc. and deleting them, theres a hell of a lot of them. I have used the Disc Cleanup, Disc Defragmenter, and everything is still here. I am trying to do this, without having to buy anything, please help.
