My friend said that with okay credit and no down payment, the terms they are offering me are impossible. I hope she's wrong as I already see the house I want and have had the approval letter and ALL the paper work written up with my terms. I'm just told to expect a bait and switch at closing. Also a friend of my said to try ditech. I had a car loan through GMAC that is Ditech so maybe that will help. Any advice? Thanks and God Bless

This just started growing in the planter next to my mailbox, and it so beautiful. It seems to multiply, the foliage is thick purple and a 3 petal pink flower grows at the end. If anyone can tell me what the name is, its apprecated. Thank u.

I am just curious if people found these jokes offensive--I was just surprised they made them. Like when Heigl's character says to seth Green's character, "O h I love your curls what do you use t put in them?" and he says "Jew" and then how the flaky doctor that was supposed to deliver their baby goes to a barmitzfa instead. It seemed to be a lot of Jewish, even anti-Jewish comments and discourse in this film. Any1 else feel that way?

There is a new alquida video all over the internet which the FBI says probably had signals in it to start an attack on the US. Why then do we we post that video all over the internet, put it on the air, the TV, satelite, FM and AM, short way, Newspapers, magazines.....everywhere where somebody can read or watch it easily. Hi,
Im 22 male, 74kg, 180cm height. Sometime about last year, I went for a general medical screening and had a chol. level of 240.

Since then ive been training, eating right, and exercising but when i got another result yesterday, chol.level is 270 with LDL 180 and Triglycerides 205.

Yeah its getting worse. So anyone knows any effective ways of lowering my cholesterol lvl ? im quite desperate now.
Also, this high cholesterol thing is in my family history. dad and grandad had a stroke.
