13 year olds really cant work, I used to mow lawns at that age, and a lot of girls in my hometown worked for like a family owned ice cream place.. Try a putt putt place. and of course you can always baby sit... But i believe before you can get hired you must be at least 15 to 16... enjoy life while you can, you have the rest of your life to work, believe me work sucks.

Anywhere that you are old enough for, and somewhere that won't descriminate applicants like Shop Rite.
Yes this other store I'm going to mention doesn't specialize in fast food ovbiously, but is Petsmart. Shop Rite is a grocery store, and they descriminate applicants as bad as the other on.

Do you live in Maryland? You could get a job babysitting, mothers helper, lawn/yard work. Start letting people know your interested in working. Don't think Maryland law allows you to work in an establishment thou.

Try starting your own business, like I did. Mowing people's lawn, raking leaves, helping old people out.
