Specs: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4600+2.7ghz
Nvidia 7800 SLi 256mb, 2 gb ram, 430 watt PSU, and Windows xp Pro.








So my computer has been overheating and freezing for awhile, I had gone through many steps to find out the problem by reinstalling software, reconnecting hardware, cleaning dust from internal parts and bought a new PSU but still to no avail.

I just ran a stress test from Prime95 and set it full fft's, and it was running at 100% CPU usage and it's froze within a minute. After, I checked it's temp and it was at 76c, motherboard was fine 40c.

It just overheats when using a lot of power, like when burning a cd, playing a graphics intensive game, or simply watching a video. Most times it ends up at 58c from the boot up, to 80c right when you start using a lot of power.

is it possibly a hardware failure? Please offer any suggestions on what to do if you can.

I've been suspended from ebay, and I'm doing the correct steps in order to get the account reestablished. But...if this doesn't work for some reason, couldn't I just open up an ebay account with a fake name and address? Basically "anonmyous", like john smith or something...after all, as long as I'm being a fair and honest seller, is that really ethically wrong? Ebay shut my business down for absolutely no reason(other than there faulty automatic security software finding "unusual activity" with my account(which is completely bogus, I have 100% perfect feedback.) Anyways, I don't see any unethical practices if I don't use a real name, as long as I'm sending out product that is described well, and having good customer service with my buyers. This is only a las resort, however.

Please help me coz i in dilemma. I got a marriege proposal from muslim kashmiri man. I am malaysian. So far he is a nice man and coz of long distance we only met 2 times only when he coming to indonesia. he said he love me and want to marry me. Please help me to make decision. I admit that i really love him and afraid if i take a wrong decision to marry him. i heard people (internationally) said if a foreigner want to marry local (myself), they only want to get PR. I have known my fiance since we were freshmen in high school. He is not a bad person wouldn't hurt a fly. Just got involved with the wrong person and made a bad choice (robbed a bank). We have 10 month old twin boy's together. He is a great father to those boy's they love their dad very much. The thing is we are very yung only 19 years old. I want to stay with him it is just very hard. Please someone i need advice. Again he is not a bad person so don't say oh hunny you have to think what if he gets out and hurts you, he is not like that. He just made a stupid mistake.

The Bill of Rights in the US states we have freedom of religion, meaning we are free to worship as we see fit. That includes, in my opinion, a religiously separated government, otherwise we risk tainting laws and regulation with religious bias. Forcing belief and ritual on those who believe differently. Obviously religious morality of any leader will influence his decisions, but that isn't to say he should support laws deemed fit by the church. Gay marriage, stem cell research, Sunday sales, etc.

I've noticed several people mention a "Christian State" and so on, and it seems many people (some here, some not) think religion should dictate politics. Yet if another religion were to do so, they would view it as unfair...so how can that be justified for their particular religion?

What are your thoughts/opinions?

I already own a Glock 17, Glock 19, Colt Combat Commander, Luger 9mm, 2 S&W revolvers in .357 and .44, and a Browning Buck Mark .22.

Maybe a better .22 handgun is what I want. I think I have enough 9mm handguns. Maybe a 1911 pistol that'll be worth getting. I don't want another Glock.

But I'll take any serious suggestions from anybody. Thank you.

like the hair metal era of pop/rock music, there were only a few bands that really stood out, like Van Halen and AC/DC. what bands have the skills and passion to stay around. cause i know most of these bands are just around cause its popular, no because they love music. i think AFI will survive, since they were around long before it was popular and they have 10000 times the skill of the bands they're grouped with. what do you think?

She hits and bites and climbs and breaks stuff and gets into everything no matter how much I put it up she still finds a way to get to it!!
I have tried EVERYTHING! I have tried spanking but that dont work so I quit that. I have tried calmly telling her no and explaining why she is not to do something. No help at all.
I am beginning to think that yelling at her is the only way but I dont want to do that.
Oh yeah and time outs are a waste of time.
