Going to Honolulu next week and I'm looking for a good,not too expensive hotel to stay in where mostly young,single people stay in.Anybody know any cool hotels in Waikiki?

I should have added (first time user) that I just had a civil case thrown out of court in Arizona. The Plaintiff's counsel filed a motion to dismiss stating my complaint failed to state a claim for which relief can be granted. My attorney filed a response trying to convert the motion to dismiss to a summary judgement.

The judge agreed that no claim for relief was stated in the complaint and that my attorney couldn't rely on simply attaching an exhibit to his response to convert the motion to dismiss to a motion for summary judgement. He needed to include facts to support his request.

I am going to file a complaint with the Bar against him but I don't know what a complaint really should look like since I've never sued anyone before. That's why I'm asking.

Jesus had an incredibly important message during his life, but left it to the deciples to make a written record of it. I would imagine that 2000 years ago most of the people of the time, just as today most of the people of the world were and are illiterate. It's quite remarkable that the deciples, mere fishermen etc would have been able to read and write. I know the jews are a very studious people, faithfull in their practices and dedicated to their families, but I don't think literacy would have been the norm then.

Just curious, because I'm personally an avid fan of this sport and I hate that it has to be named like that, "soccer"....did Americans name it like that to distinguish it from their American football?? or was it always named like that??

I don't know if I have the mainstream view on this but I do not see anything wrong with men and women having sex with other people despite being in commited relationships. It is very much possible to love and want to spend the rest of your life with a person and have sex with others. If you do it behind other people's backs then that is a separate issue but there are some people who are open about it and their spouses agree to it or find nothing wrong about it.

How do you feel about this?

Last weekend, I went to the county fair to watch the demolition derby and the mud-bog. While there I ended up making fast friends with the girl who was running the shooting booth and she invited me to join her for some of the night time festivities after closing.

Jet’s just say that we ended up spending the whole night together…

While I gave her my phone number and address, I get the impression that I’m not likely to hear from her again (much to my regret).

Somehow or other, my friends (and most of the rest of the town) learned of this fact and have been insisting that the checkup I got at the free clinic (which came back clean) wasn’t enough and that I need to get some form of “special tests”…Is this true and what kind of "special tests" should I be getting if it is???
