Call a national real estate company and ask them to put you in contact with a local rep.

Century 21, ERA etc....

Try here too: http://www.landwatch.com/

I have lived in Augusta my whole life. And I have gone to the same school my whole life but now I'm about to go to HIGH SCHOOL!! Anyway, Augusta is an amazing city to grow up in and I have loved it very much. What type of schools are you looking for? If you're looking for 3yr old-8th grade than try these places:
PRIVATE SCHOOLS
-EDS(probably best choice)
-Westminster
-St. Marys
PUBLIC SCHOOLS
-Lake Forest Hills
-Langford

If you are looking for high schools try these places:
PUBLIC SCHOOLS
-Westside High School
- Academy of Richmond County
PRIVATE SCHOOLS
-Aquinas

There are more but these are the best schools in Augusta,Ga in Richmond County. Don't live in Columbia County it is too crowded there.

I hope this helped. I go to EDS if you're interested in that school go to www.edsaugusta.com. I don't know the websites for the others.

Good Luck with the move! I hope you love Augusta!

Oh and also Conifer Place is by far the best neighborhood in Augusta. I don't live in Conifer Place but I wish I did.
