he is extremely-wealthy,owning a fleet of airplanes,motorcycles,autos,etc.!
therefore,he must be extremely gay and happy!
after all,they are one and the same!

He very well could be gay. Just because a man is married and has kids does not mean he is not gay. He does look pretty close to the guy in the picture but you have to remember that people greet each other hello with a kiss all time. You can't tell if he was going for his cheek or his mouth. Guys kiss on the cheek all the time to say their "hellos" in Europe, S. American, the Middle East, etc. It's not a big deal. Only in America it is.

This current movie with Travolta is a remake. Hairspray was originally done by John Waters in 1988. And the Travolta role was played a drag queen named Divine. And yes, Divine was gay. John Travolta is NOT gay.
Many actors have portrayed women and a few actresses have portrayed men. It doesn't have a thing to do with their sexual preference.

Just because he's a drag queen in a movie doesn't necessarly mean he's gay. That's what a good actor does, interprets different roles during his career. Robin Williams did as a gay guy in Bird Cage and he's not gay...

I disagree, hes an actor therefore he can adapt to any role he is given just because he plays a women in 'Hairspray' doesnt mean hes gay!
